This is a Chinese modern dish filled with commonly eaten Chinese herbs. Wrapping the rice in lotus leaves also adds flavour to the rice.

I've had very good reviews from everyone who has eaten it! It's tasty and healthy! Makes for a nice snack or main meal. You can even add oven-baked pappadums as a complementary snack, together with a side of green salad with your favourite dressing
