Format of abstract

The title should be brief, clearly indicating the nature of the research. State author(s) name: surname followed by initials of first and middle names. Underline the name of the presenter. Institutional affiliations, city and country should be listed under the authors. Omit degrees and titles.

The text of the abstract should include:

Abstract should not exceed 300 words. All abstracts must be written in English. All authors should proof-read the abstract for grammar and spelling. Authors are responsible for quality of abstracts as these will be reproduced in the abstract book without editing. See sample abstract.

Abstracts cannot be modified once submitted.

Type abstract in single-spaced, using Times New Roman 12 point font size. Do not use script or italicised type. Use Arabic numerals for all numbers except at the beginning of a sentence where they should be written out. Use standard abbreviations and symbols. Keep abbreviations to a minimum and define each one when it is used for the first time.
