HealthZone is the region's first and Singapore's only healthy lifestyle exhibition centre. It aims to equip visitors with tips and skills to practise good health habits for life. The main highlights of HealthZone include a permanent health exhibition, a mini- theatre, a Campaign Corner and 4 Health Studios or multi-media classrooms.

HealthZone's exhibition area covers 9 themes: (1) exercise and fitness, (2) diet and nutrition, (3) smoking and drug abuse, (4) dental health, (5) eye care, (6) puberty, (7) elderly health, (8) mental health and (9) lifestyle and diseases.

Exciting Eatery at HealthZone

Various FunAbout Health activities such as balloon sculpturing, magic show, story telling and others are held throughout the year at the mini-theatre to facilitate learning about health-related matters in a fun and exciting manner.

The Campaign Corner showcases various health promotion campaigns conducted by the Health Promotion Board.

Interesting and fun health education workshops are conducted at the Health Studios. The workshops provide a unique learning experience which emphasises the acquisition of practical health-promoting skills for both the young and the old.
