The Organising Committee for the Singapore Gateway Event invites you to the Singapore Gateway Event leading to the 18th World Conference on Health Promotion and Health Education.

The 18th World Conference on Health Promotion and Health Education (also known as Health2004) will be held in Melbourne, Australia, from 26th - 30th April 2004. Prior to this convention, the Singapore Gateway Event will be held at Orchard Hotel.


The Singapore Gateway Event will take place on Friday, 23rd April 2004 at Orchard Hotel. The theme to the Singapore Gateway Event is "Recent Advances in Health Promotion in Singapore". The co-organisers are:

  • Health Promotion Board (HPB), Singapore
  • Chapter of Public Health & Occupational Physicians, Academy of Medicine, Singapore, and
  • Department of Community, Occupational and Family Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, National University of Singapore
