You can search for commonly eaten hawker and restaurant foods, and find out its energy value and nutrient content. These include information on carbohydrate, starch, sugars, dietary fibre, protein, total fat, saturated fat, polyunsaturated fat, monounsaturated fat, cholesterol, water, calcium, iron, sodium, potassium, phosphorous, zinc, selenium, vitamins A (beta-carotene and retinol), B1 (thiamin), B2 (riboflavin), and C(ascorbic acid).
