Sexual Awakenings

During the teen years, you may feel strongly attracted to another person. Your body may send you messages that draw the two of you closer together. But, your body won't tell you how having sex at such a young age may harm you.

We know that during teenhood, one of the things everyone's curious about is sex, and sexy stuff. But isn't there so much more about life that's interesting, exciting and fun?

Like Amanda says, having sex at such a young age may harm you,and also definitely do you more bad than good!

Surprised?! Yes, it's true! If you have sex, you just might end up with a whole lot of unpleasant things!

Like unwanted pregnancies!

You might contract sexually transmitted infections, including incurable ones, and those that lead to death, such as AIDS!

THINK it's easy to study when you're pregnant?

OF COURSE NOT!!

You might even have to get a job to support the child!

Losing self-respect and feeling differently about yourself. Your relationships with your boyfriend or girlfriend, parents and friends might also change.

Severe health or mental problems and even life-threatening illnesses from having a baby at such a young age

Remember

There are millions of nonsexual ways to show someone you like them. For example, go to the movies, or just hang out together and talk. If you are with someone you really like, then anything can be fun! And don't believe anyone who says 'The only way to prove you care for me is to have sex with me!' - if you have friends like that, dump them now!
