Exotic Fruit Fool

Ingredients (serves 4)
6 fl oz low fat yoghurt
2 passion fruit, peeled and finely diced. (Passion fruit are brown/green fruit about the size of a large egg. They are widely available in large supermarkets)
1/2 a fresh, ripe pineapple (or a tin of pineapple in natural juice)
2 ripe bananas
Juice of a lemon
Sweetener to taste

Method
  1. Dice the passion fruit and pineapple finely and mash the bananas.
  2. Mix together all the ingredients and pour into serving dishes.
  3. Chill for at least an hour in the fridge.
