Imperious Rice, Imperial Chinese Restaurant Imperial Golden Fried Rice was perfected by the imperial palace chefs in China thousands of years ago. In Chen Fu Ji Restaurant, each fluffy grain has to be evenly coated with a hue of golden egg under a wok of low fire. It is then distinctly topped with a crown of fresh shredded crabmeat.
"It is not an easy process to emulate because just the preparation process alone takes 2 to 3 days. The rice grain has to be conditioned before use, and the best Imperial Fried Rice is made with rice that has been conditioned for 3 days."
