The Tung Lok Group of Restaurants is often associated with quality food, excellent service and unique dining concepts. The Group's flagship Tung Lok Restaurant has worked with the Health Promotion Board to offer healthier choices for more than two years and is known for its comprehensive dim sum specialties and hearty Cantonese cuisine. You will find tai-tais, office workers, businessmen and families partake of the gastronomic delights whipped up by the chefs here.

There are several healthier dishes to choose from the menu and if your favourite dishes are not listed as healthier options, don't be afraid to request for less salt or oil. The chefs will be delighted to please your request.

Whet your appetite with the braised fish maw and crabmeat with sweet corn. It is a viscous soup, similar in consistency to shark's fin soup, with generous chunks of fresh crabmeat. To help you meet your daily requirement of 2 servings of vegetables, the chef creatively incorporated corn kernels into this healthier dish. The corn kernels are crunchy and add a pleasant sweet flavour to the soup.

(From top to bottom)
Top: Fried Rice with Fresh, Diced Scallops
Bottom: Stir-fried Asparagus, Lily Bulb, Wolfberries & Ostrich Meat
The stir-fried diced abalone with egg white in pastry shell dish is a delicate ensemble of light and fluffy egg white stir-fried with fresh milk and abalone served in a crisp pastry shell. The egg white melts in your mouth, leaving bits of tender abalone for some bite.

Adventurous palates will love the stir-fried asparagus, lily bulb, wolfberries and ostrich meat. The green, crunchy asparagus and tender ostrich meat make a lovely combination. And if you love fried rice, try the version with fresh, diced scallops. It’s fragrant, simple and wonderfully comforting with a touch of indulgence.
