Fitness@Work is an initiative targeted at the working population to encourage them to incorporate regular physical activity into their lives. Fitness instructors from California Fitness lead participants through different workouts each week.

  • Toa Payoh HDB Hub Mall - every Tuesday, 6.30 -7.30pm
  • UOB River Promenade - every Wednesday, 6.30 -7.30pm
  • National Library Board - every Thursday, 6.30 -7.30pm
