Food Info Search allows you to find out the average energy and nutrient values of more than 6000 foods commonly eaten in Singapore. You can also analyse your own recipes and monitor your food intake over a period of time. With these information, you can make healthier food choices and prepare healthier meals for yourself and your family.

Food Info Search

You can search for commonly eaten hawker and restaurant foods, and find out its energy value and nutrient content. These include information on carbohydrate, starch, sugars, dietary fibre, protein, total fat, saturated fat, polyunsaturated fat, monounsaturated fat, cholesterol, water, calcium, iron, sodium, potassium, phosphorous, zinc, selenium, vitamins A (beta-carotene and retinol), B1 (thiamin), B2 (riboflavin), and C(ascorbic acid). More about this option...

Recipe analysis

You can assess the nutritional content of your recipes, based on the ingredients, portion sizes and cooking methods that you have keyed in. The analysis will provide you with the energy content as well as the values for protein, total fat, saturated fat, cholesterol, carbohydrate, dietary fibre and sodium. To make your recipe analysis complete, do include the exact amounts of oil, salt, sauces, dressings and other seasonings used. More about this option...


Food Intake Assessment

This option allows you to analyse your diet up to seven days. You will be able to see if you are meeting your nutritional needs for energy and the common nutrients, such as protein, carbohydrate, dietary fibre, calcium. There are also accompanying nutrition messages on your diet and ways to improve it.


Fat Info Finder

Use this search engine to find out the total fat, saturated fat and trans fat content of commonly eaten foods, as well as packaged products by brand name.


Diet Tracker

Check out the Diet Tracker, a useful tool that helps you keep track of your calorie and fat intake through your mobile phone!
