Over the past two years, the Health Promotion Board (HPB) has overseen Lose to Win® – a weight management programme to promote and encouraged overweight individuals to lose weight the healthy way. The Lose to Win® programme has proven to be immensely successful; of those who participated, 93% lost weight and 99% had an improved fitness index.
This year’s Lose to Win® 3 will incorporate new elements to better equip individuals to lose weight the healthy way and sustain it over the long term. For the first time, the 12-week programme combines physical activity, nutrition and, mental wellbeing workshops aiming to inspire and motivate you to make healthy lifestyle changes.

WHO CAN JOIN?
- Singaporeans / PRs aged 18 to 69
- Body Mass Index (BMI) range from 23.0 to 37.4. You may check your BMI using the BMI Calculator
- Refers to the Asian BMI guidelines. A BMI range of 25.0-39.9 will be applied to Non-Asian participants.
- No heart disease, history of heart disease, heart attack or stroke
- Pregnant women are not eligible to join
- Newcomers – previous Lose to Win® participants are not eligible to join
- Ability to perform moderate-intensity physical activity. You will be required to complete
- HPB’s Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) Form
- HPB’s Medical Advisory Form, if required
