My all-time favourite seafood dish is the “Scallop and Tiger Prawn Kebab” at Les Amis, The Canteen. Though it is prepared kebab style, it is not on a skewer but on lemon grass instead. Sometimes it can also be prepared on sugar cane sticks. It seems oily but thankfully it is not really so. It also has a uniquely blended flavour of scallop and prawn which is out of this world.
I fell in love with it when I had my very first bite...the aroma and the succulent juice from the scallop and prawn was simply irresistible! I took all 3 sticks. I told myself, ”I’ll be back for more!” Marvellicious!!!
