Her suggestion is to provide wireless internet access service at the new HPB Healthy Cafe. This should encourages patronage for the café and show support for Singapore IT initiatives.

She suggested to show the DVD on "Cultivating a Healthier You" during appropriate staff event such as induction. This allows new staff to have a better understanding of the health promotion efforts of HPB.

She suggested a hassle-free way of cleaning the fridge by placing some sponge in the fridge. She has also attached a picture of how the sponge should be placed, which can be found on the eportal.
Mr Goh Eng Cheow, CS/Admin
His suggestion is to convert all new documents and active files into pdf format and save them into CDs. This will help to solve the problem of limited storage space in the Registry. This will also prepare staff for the implementation of E-registry.
