HPB Voices Reloaded

A special note of thanks and compliments to Senior Enrolled Nurse Pang Yap Joan from the Spinal Specialist clinic. She took a lot of trouble and showed lots of concern for my daughter. She was extremely polite, courteous and smiling – Mrs Ghandhi.

I wish to compliment Dr Say Jia Huey for her helpfulness, caring and friendliness – Ms Su Yiru.

Suhaida is an excellent  example of an understanding  dietitian . We appreciate her patience and understanding in explaining to my daughter the importance of well being – Mrs Caroline Spykerman.

I had expected a long waiting time and a mechanical-like service from the service/counter staff. The waiting time was negligible although I was 15 minutes early. The counter staff Mr Mohd Mohsen was quick to assign the correct room and even recorded the relevant change in my address and contact number, all within the span of 3 mins. Kudos to your department – Mr Justin Glen Claver .

Kalaiselvi, clerical officer at SHC was commended by Mrs Noraishikin Mohamed. "She gave me extremely helpful service and was prompt in attending to my needs. I was surprised when she approached me and I was glad with her service.”
