Officers from the Health Promotion Board (HPB) routinely conduct eyesight checks for children in schools and childcare centres.
Children who need to go for further eyesight tests will be referred to the NMPP Refraction Clinics. The location, appointment date and time will be included in the Student Referral Form. More information on the clinics can be obtained by e-mailing hpb_myopia@hpb.gov.sg
