Mental Well-being
HPB promotes mental well-being through public education, encouraging adoption of healthy behaviours and fostering a supportive environment for help-seeking.
Mental well-being is an important part of overall health. It affects how we cope with stress, relate to others, and make healthy choices.
That is why we focus on equipping residents with the knowledge and skills to care for their personal well-being, seek help when needed and support others.
