Cluster Grant
Activities Supported by Grant
The cluster grant funds ongoing activities and programmes in the areas of obesity control, chronic disease management and mental well-being such as regular health education sessions or instructor-led exercise sessions. The content and delivery format of the health programmes at the different clusters will be tailored based on the profile, health concerns, interest and lifestyle of employees.
The cluster will work closely with HPB to assess and identify the needs of the employees before proposing suitable activities that are catered to their health needs.
Each grant will support activities and programmes in the cluster for a period of 12 months.
Eligibility Criteria
To apply for a cluster grant, the cluster (i) has to comprise 10 or more organisations located in proximity of each other such as in a business park, industrial estate or commercial building, and (ii) there should be at least 500 employees in the cluster.

The grant will cover project management cost, marketing cost and programme implementation cost in the area of obesity control, chronic disease management as well as mental well- being.
