HPB has been partnering with landlords and developers to bring healthier food options, free exercise sessions, educational workshops and health screenings to their workers and tenants at their workplaces. The collaboration aims to establish Healthy Workplace Ecosystems of convenient and conducive environments for workers to achieve healthier lifestyles. It also aims to provide effective tenant engagement platforms for landlords and developers. Today, there are over 68 ecosystems throughout Singapore. Each ecosystem offers a variety of activities that cater to diverse needs of participants. The holistic programme combines physical activity sessions, health talks and cooking workshops. Through our Healthier Dining Programme, we also promote healthier eating within the ecosystems. Interested participants can tap on our online portal to conveniently search and register for activities within their participating workplaces.
