Look forward to happy smiles with kid-friendly activities

Treat your precious little ones to a healthy dose of fun! Open to kids aged 7 to 12 years old and their parents/legal guardians to try out a range of fun-filled activities, team sports and games, including Nerf Play, Archery, Inline skating, Skateboarding, Bowling and many more.


Active Family Junior

Dedicated programme for pre-schoolers of aged 4 to 6 years old and their parents/legal guardians

Programme focuses on fundamental movement skills development to promote bonding for both parent and child (4-6 years old) through a range of fun-filled activities and games, including Mini Tennis, Junior Skateboarding, Nerf Play, Archery and many more.

The Active Family series are available every weekend and conveniently located across the island for the whole family to get moving and make precious memories together!

A guided programme to help you start making exercise a habit

Not sure where to start? Start2Move is a 6-session starter programme that helps you pick up the know-hows to build a regular exercise routine. Learn basic exercise techniques from fitness instructors in a safe environment alongside like-minded peers!

Community Physical Activity Programme

Workouts in the community to stay active and healthy

HPB collaborates with community partners to organise free workout sessions at various community venues islandwide. The programme provides opportunities for residents to stay active through a wide range of exercises and bond with their family and friends. It features a variety of activities such as Zumba, Cardio Dance, K-PopX Fitness, Piloxing, Kickboxing, Masala Bhangra and more.

National Steps Challenge™

The National Steps Challenge™ is the world’s first population level fitness tracker-based physical activity initiative that encourages Singaporeans to move more. By leveraging on behavioural insights and technology, the Challenge encourages Singaporeans to take more steps and clock their recommended Moderate to Vigorous Physical Activity minutes daily as part of healthy habit adoption. Move more and get rewarded for sustained behavioural change when you achieve different physical activity milestones. Participants can also look forward to exciting sub-challenges and thematic challenges – all geared towards making moving more fun!
